Usage of Funds

Every month, our server owner pours funds to operation of server. Occasionally (very rare), we spend money purchasing plugins. We do not rely on donations to operate, and when a donation is received, we use that 100% on server operation.

In real-life events, we charge for venue fee and food (if applicable). Normally we charge on the spot (unless prior reservation is required) and all money goes to the cost of event. We do not keep any part of the fee for server operation. However, if the event is cancelled and the money collected is very little that refund is not feasible, we will keep as server donation with consent from respective owners.
